Pediatric dentists are trained to address the unique dental needs of children. At Columbus Children’s Dentistry, we won’t try to fit your child into an adult environment. We understand that developing trust and confidence is important, so we let each child set their own pace as we work to build a lasting relationship. We are happy to answer any questions you may have before and after treating your child.
Dr. Keller’s road to becoming a pediatric dentist was somewhat untraditional. A Moultrie, Georgia native, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps after graduating from high school. After five years and multiple overseas deployments as an F-18 avionics technician, he decided to pursue a career in the medical field.
Columbus State University was where he began his college career before transferring to the University of Georgia to complete his education in Pharmacy. Dr. Keller graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy.
After returning to Columbus, two things happened that changed his life! He met his wife, Kimble, also a pharmacist, while working at Columbus Regional Medical Center. He was also accepted to the Medical College of Georgia College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Keller enrolled in dental school and shortly after discovered his passion for working with children. After dental school, Dr. Keller completed an additional 2 years of training to become a pediatric dentist.
Dr. Keller was blessed to welcome two children of his own while in Augusta; a daughter, Caroline and a son, Wyley. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children and has many hobbies. Dr. Keller is an avid runner and enjoys training for and competing in endurance sporting events. He completed Ironman Wisconsin in 2006 and also completed several other triathlons.
He is excited to be back in the Columbus Community with his family and friends.
